Since our founding in 1987, we have worked hard to provide our investors with secure high yield mortgage investments. We are proud of our record and the fact that in 17 years of operation no investor has ever suffered a loss investing through AMAC.

Our philosophy has always been to invest our client’s funds as if they
were our own. Unlike banks and other institutional lenders who sometimes lend up to 85-90% of the value of the property (LTV), we prefer to keep our LTV’s low and only lend from 70% to 75% of the value. This gives us an extra cushion of equity.

The principals of AMAC have been investing in real estate for over 35 years. After all, the basis for every successful mortgage loan is an understanding of the underlying asset- the real estate.

There are certain requirements that need to be met to determine what type of trust deed investments would be suitable. Please download the INVESTOR SUITABLITY QUESTIONNAIRE. Below is a brief summary of the requirements:

  1. You must be a California resident *
  2. You must meet the criteria for net worth and income per year:
    $250,000.00 net worth and a minimum of $65,000.00 income per year
    or
    $500,000.00 net worth exclusive of residence and home furnishings.
  3. You may be an out of state investor. Out of state investors may invest only if they are an accredited investor who is sophisticated in arranging trust deed investments.
  4. You may be an institutional investor.
